Avocado Shake

This easy avocado shake recipe makes the best rich, creamy, healthy and

Ingredients (Servings: 2)
- 4 pods cardamom pods
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and chopped
- 6 teaspoons white sugar, or to taste
- 1 pinch salt
Steps
- Pop cardamom pods open and crush or grind seeds into a powder.

Combine cardamom, milk, avocado, sugar, and salt in a food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- For best result serve while chilled.
